Veer is 22 months old and will welcome a baby sister next month. (Here is Veer as a newborn.) Mom wanted to have some images of these last days as a family of three. Veer wasn’t feeling great, poor little guy. But he was happy to celebrate the imminent arrival of his little sister with “cheers!” and a homemade cupcake. And he was okay with reading a book and snuggling with his mom. I am looking forward to seeing them again soon. I love these pictures. When they forget about the details of this time in their lives, they’ll have these. Priceless. ♥
Nicolas will be a big brother early next year. Tina looks incredible. Can’t wait to meet baby boy #2. ♥
Emma was only 6 days old for her photo session. I love what I do. There is something so special about first babies, and it seems so familiar to me. I can’t believe my own are 8 & 12! Thanks Cindy & Aaron for letting me help document your family. ♥
Caroline was about three weeks old for her newborn session. I’d photographed big brother (he’s 2) here and here. My prediction is that the two of them are going to have tons of fun together. ☺ Thank you, Katherine and Kevin! Already looking forward to next time…

We lucked out with the weather last Sunday morning. This time of the year you never know what you’ll get with Tidewater weather! Evan and Doug thoroughly enjoyed running around the gardens, and they even slowed down a few times for some family pictures. Thanks, Jill and Rick, hope the zoo was great!
